NEW parts - only handled for sorting and packing.
USED parts - Care is taken to remove any badly damaged/non-lego parts. Expect some yellowing and dents, especially on older parts not being made any more.
For USED parts, should you receive any damaged parts that have been overseen, I can ONLY offer a refund. No replacements will be sent out.
LOT LIMITS:
To assist in keeping my workflow running smooth, orders with more than 25 lots will possibly take UP TO 3 EXTRA DAYS to process.(Depending on lot count and volume of orders).
There is usually a surge of orders when I list new parts, which slows shipping times down a bit.
If there are any problems with your order, please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback. I am only human and mistakes sometimes happen. I will try to rectify the problem ASAP.
INVENTORY:
With over 300,000 parts in stock, there will occasionally be mistkaes in the inventory ;) If an ordered part is not available, you will be notified and issued a refund.Last Updated: 4 Dec 2015
